We are insured for Public and employee liability and for goods in transit. Johnson and Johnsons Removals will charge extra for increased liability up to £40,000. If you wish for a higher liability this can be arranged with prior notice.

There are rules that removal companies have to adhere to in such associations which means that they cannot unplumb washing machines as they are not plumbers, cannot disassemble or reassemble furniture as they are not joiners. The removal team can do these things for you as long as we know beforehand, to ensure we have the correct tools on the truck. It has to be said items that are reassembled may need tightening up after a couple of weeks (furniture does initially, when you originally buy it)
